These terms govern access to and use of the Founder Accelerator program (the "Service"), operated by Coexecute OÜ ("we", "us"). By signing in you agree to these terms.
Access is granted to invited founders, assigned operators, and Coexecute OÜ administrators. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
Founders retain ownership of the module drafts, deliverables, agreements, and other content they submit. You grant Coexecute OÜ a limited licence to store and display that content to your founder group and assigned operators solely to deliver the program.
Operator notes, approvals, and requests for changes are provided as program guidance and do not constitute legal, tax, investment, or professional advice. Founders remain solely responsible for their business, legal, and financial decisions, including the contents of any founders' agreement, cap table, or legal documentation produced in the program.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and infrastructure changes may cause downtime.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if a founder group leaves the program. Founders may terminate their own account at any time via Settings → Privacy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coexecute OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, and total liability is limited to fees paid to Coexecute OÜ for the program in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Estonia unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
